Planters are a newer 3-string model of my lute dulcimers. With smaller headstocks (similar to Jacks and Paiges) and a lightweight body design their overall weight is very light 🪶

3-string lute dulcimers, such as this, have the same note range as 4-string varieties with similar fretting but with only one melody string instead of two.

Wood Species - kiaat soundboard; walnut fretboard; spruce centerpiece; maple back; cherry neck, and headstock
