Warm and mellow tone, 21 chromatic frets, and tuned standard to the key of D (D3 D3, A3 A3, D4 D4).
This is a special lute dulcimer with all double courses for the potential of more droning low notes and a larger presence of sound overall.
Black dots are inlayed into the side of the neck where the major scale notes are/normal dulcimer frets. Abalone dots are inlayed along the fretboard’s face to highlight the minor pentatonic frets.
